Refund Policy

Our 60-day guarantee

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Somniven is not for you, you have 60 days from the date your order arrives to request a full refund of the product price. You do not need to return the bottle.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@somniven.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

What is covered

• The full product price on your first order of each bundle.
• Orders damaged or lost in transit (we will replace or refund).

What is not covered

• Original shipping charges, where applicable.
• Requests made more than 60 days after delivery on a given order.
