Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

• United States & United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days.
• Europe, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days.
• Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary with carrier volume, customs, and local conditions outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all bundles. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & issues

If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but missing, email hello@somniven.com and we will make it right.
